Orders are shipped with DPD (our nominated carrier) for next day delivery. You will receive a personalised email from DPD allowing you to choose your own delivery time. Perfect for those times when you don’t want to wait in all day!
Whilst we try our hardest to ensure your items get to you on time, every time. Every now & then there are circumstances beyond Pretty Pregnant's control and we can't be held liable for any late deliveries.
When you receive your garments make sure you check them thoroughly before removing any tags, or damaging the original packaging.

Here at Pretty Pregnant we hope you'll be delighted with your new purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not, you might choose to exchange or return an item. Pretty Pregnant is happy to refund or exchange your purchase under the following conditions:
Unfortunately web orders cannot be returned directly to our stores, but please use the address label provided in your parcel & we'll process it as soon as it's received. Once we've received your return in the above conditions we'll process your refund directly to the card details used for purchase.
Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear on your account.
All items returned as 'faulty' will be checked thoroughly by our staff. Those deemed to be subject to fair wear & tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Pretty Pregnant reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged or in a non re-saleable condition.
